Suitable for use in amateur boxing competitions, the Wesing AIBA Approved Head Guard provides good value. It has been designed to meet AIBA quality and safety guidelines and is available throughout Australia. Wesing approved boxing equipment has been used at the highest level of amateur boxing competition including the 2016 Olympic Games and 2012 Women’s World Boxing Championship.

Details

The headgear is made from a DLX cowhide leather that is both strong and durable. The inner lining is a style of velour leather that helps with slip prevention and comfort. Adjustments are made through two way hook and loop (Velcro) closures on the chin and rear, with the top also adjustable. This Wesing AIBA Approved Head Guard comes with ear protection, which helps protect from injuries whilst still being able to hear. It is designed to be both comfortable and breathable. The inner foam provides bladder efficient energy absorption. It is strong and not easy to deform. An AIBA Approved sticker is located on the rear. Two colour choices are available, red and blue. Use in amateur competitions is defined by the red corner and blue corner, with the boxer wearing the colours of their respective corner.

Sizing

There are five sizing options available, however not all may be available from Australian shops. Sizing ranges from Extra Small to Extra Large.
