If you’re in the market for a head guard for amateur boxing competitions, Adidas has you covered. The Adidas AIBA Approved Head Gear can be used in tournaments all around the world and was developed with safety and comfort in mind. Designed to meet with AIBA equipment guidelines, the headgear is a regular at local tournaments right through to elite international competition. The headgear was featured at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and the 2012 London Olympics. The gear is made from genuine cowhide leather and the inner with Amara lining. The lining is a type of artificial leather designed with comfort and durability in mind. Lightweight air cushion padding provides impact protection. A double leather hook and loop (Velcro) closure ensures a secure fit. The product will either be stamped with the AIBA Approved logo for authenticity, or come with a sticker. Adidas AIBA Approved Head Gear comes in two colours for the red corner and blue corner.

Sizing

Four sizes are available from Small to Extra Large.. As a general guide, the following is recommended:

• Small (S): 0.5-21.6″, 52-55cm
• Medium (M): 21.6-22.8″, 55-58cm
• Large (L): 22.8-24″, 58-61cm
• Extra Large (XL): > 24″, > 61cm
