Mackay MMA

Mackay MMA was established in 2012 and their training facility is on Hayes Lane. Training is presently 5 days a week. Monday to Thursday training is of an evening with classes starting at 5:50pm. Saturday sessions are in the mornings. Training sessions offered include:

• Thai Kickboxing

• Functional Fitness

If it’s your first visit to Mackay MMA, you’ll get you a trial session free. This gives you the opportunity to find out if it’s right for you before committing. If you choose to train with Mackay MMA, pay as you go prices are $15 for a casual session, $130 prepaid for 10 sessions or a month of training. Direct debit gets you $30 a week unlimited classes with a 6 month commitment. Note that prices are subject to change without notice and were listed March 2019. The gym regularly has fighters on the cards of MMA shows throughout the country. Facilities at the gym include a large mat space, cage walls, a strength and conditioning area, and a range of pads.
