Brisbane Boxing West End

Established back in 1991 as the West End Boxing Club, the gym has since moved to a larger premises and had a name change. Brisbane Boxing West End is one of two gyms under the banner, with the other being Brisbane Boxing Mt Gravatt. The gym runs a split timetable, closing after early morning classes on week days and reopening for afternoon and evening sessions. Weekend classes are held in the mornings. Sessions offered include Cardio Box and Boxing Technique classes. Private training is also available. There is no need to book at West End, simply turn up ready to being a session at the start time. All you need is hand wraps which can be purchased at the club, towel and a water bottle. The gym is open to all ages and all levels of fitness. Facilities at Brisbane Boxing West End include floor mats, 39 bags, as well as assorted strength & conditioning equipment. There are shower facilities on site and a small shop where you can purchase all of your training needs.
