Southern Cross Jiu-Jitsu Academy is located down by the water in Caringbah, Sydney. The gym has been established in the Shire since 1985. Classes are offered six days a week with some early morning classes as well as midday and evening classes. The gym remains open throughout the day for members training and private classes.
