PTJ Muaythai Gym

Based in Gladesville, Sydney, PTJ Muaythai Gym has training classes 6 days a week from Monday through Saturday. Most weekdays a split timetable is in place. There is an early morning class, mid morning, and then the afternoon and evening classes. Class times range from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Group sessions offered include:

The gym is well equipped with a full sized competition boxing ring, heavy bags, pads and floor mats. Equipment may be purchased at the gym. The style taught combines ancient Muay Thai techniques and modern day sports science. The PTJ is short for Photajaroen Muaythai Gym.
