At Forrester Boxing Gym, our aim is to teach you how to achieve your health and fitness goals by incorporating boxing skills and fitness training into your gym regimen. We will show you that regardless of age, fitness level or personal health and fitness goals, our boxing training classes can be used to improve all aspects and be enjoyed by anyone.
