Fite108 Muay Thai

The Fite108 Muay Thai Gym is located at Tuggerah on the Central Coast of NSW. They offer training 6 days a week with classes in the mornings as well as afternoons and evenings. Whilst the core style is Muay Thai, there are a number of Mixed Martial Arts classes held throughout the week. Sessions include:

Personal training can be arranged by appointment.

Facilities

This is a multi-level training gym and is well equipped. Upstairs is a cage as well as fitness, strength & conditioning equipment and bags. Downstairs has more bags, floor mats and a boxing ring. There is also additional training gear and equipment throughout.
