Abaddons Legion Muay Thai

Abaddons Legion Muay Thai is located in Launceston, Tasmania. Training is done out of the JGFit centre on Wellington St. Membership is weekly with discounts for families. You can also pay for casual sessions on a pay as you go basis. Private training is available by appointment. The gym is open to all levels of experience and fitness. Beginners and kids are welcome to train at Abaddons Legion Muay Thai. The club runs beginner programs at different times. These are 6 weeks long, take people through all the basics, and give you a good grounding in the art. There is no heavy sparring or contact during the sessions so it’s a great introduction for people. The gym has fighters competing at events throughout the year. These include the Legion Fight Sports shows. Facilities at the gym include a range of different bags, a boxing ring and floor mats. There is also range of pads and other training gear.
