The Boxing Shop

Boxing training for every level of skill and fitness with qualified coaches. Competitive Professional and Olympic style training as well as boxing fitness and circuit classes are available. The gym is located on the Nathan campus at Griffith University. Facilities at The Boxing Shop include a boxing ring, a number of bags and a range of other equipment. A shop with all the gear is available at the gym and there’s an online shop as well. Training A wide range of training options are available. There are introductory sessions, beginners, intermediate, fitness, circuit and comp squads. The day is split with both morning sessions and afternoon/evening sessions on offer. Fighters Boxers from The Boxing Shop regularly compete in amateur and professional bouts.
