Southern Stars Muay Thai Gym

Southern Stars Muay Thai is based in Nerang on the Gold Coast, not far off the M1. The head trainer is Adrian Ormrod, a former trainer at Boonchu Gym and John Wayne Parr’s trainer for 3 years. The focus at Southern Stars Muay Thai is to provide strong technical skills, combined with fitness and conditioning, in a supportive environment. The gym runs a split timetable of classes, with early morning sessions as well as late afternoon and evening. Classes include:

• All levels Muay Thai
• Kids Class
• Fighters Class
• Sparring

Facilities include a ring, bags, pads and floor mats.
