Shamrock Boxing Gym

Shamrock Boxing Gym is based at the Maroochydore Leagues Club in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. The club trains 4 days a week from Monday to Thursday with all classes of an afternoon and evening. Sessions available include:

• Junior 6-12 years
• Advanced Junior 12+
• Adult Boxing and Fitness
• Adult Pro Boxing

Anyone training should bring a water bottle, mouthguard, boxing gloves, head gear and skipping rope. Not all are required for your first lesson but some items will be needed within 5-10 classes. You can order some of these items through the club on a payment schedule. Facilities at the gym include a large open space with a ring, bags and floor mats as well as other training gear. The Shamrock Boxing Gym is headed up by Mike Foley. The team competes regularly at amateur boxing events and also hosts their own. Pro Fighters also train out of the gym.
