Hinterland Boxing Club has an indoor/outdoor training facility at Beerwah, just north of Brisbane on the Sunshine Coast. The gym is fully equipped with a ring, bags, strength & conditioning equipment and other gear. Classes run 5 days a week and some of the sessions include:

The HBC gym runs a split timetable with morning sessions on offer before closing through the middle of the day. Sessions start up again in the afternoon and evening. Club training is for those looking to compete in the ring. It involves partner work, sparring and boxing development. At Hinterland Boxing Club, you can choose to visit on a casual basis or obtain a monthly pass. One on one and corporate packages are available.
