DF Gym

The DF Gym (formerly Destination Fitness) is located in Carins, QLD. It is open 6 days a week and trains in Muay Thai and MMA. The team fights under the banner of The Fight Academy. In addition to the fighters classes there are a number of crossfit and fitness programs. Some of the sessions available include:

In addition to the group sessions personal training is offered. The timetable is split throughout the day with early morning and mid morning classes. The gym the reopens for afternoon and evening sessions.

DF Gym Facilities

The gym has a boxing ring, bags, floor mats and additional training equipment. There is also a large crossfit section.
