Arruda BJJ

Based in Adelaide, Arruda BJJ trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling and fitness. Open 6 days a week, there are classes to suit all from beginners and kids through to competition training. Some of the sessions offered include:

The timetable is split throughout the day. Classes are held in the early mornings weekdays, at lunch on selected days, and every evening.

Facilities at Arruda BJJ

There is a spacious training area with a large mats section. There is also a ring, bags and fitness & conditioning equipment. The location also houses the Synergy Fight Shop.
