Upcoming Muay Thai shows and Events

If you love Muay Thai, then best you bookmark the Muay Thai Calendar now. This is the place to be if you’re looking for information on upcoming Muay Thai Shows and Events in Australia.

We cover everything from Pro World Title Fights to Australian and State Titles happening throughout the country. Not to be forgotten, we also cover the grassroots scene from local amateur tournaments right through to national qualifiers and international events. If it’s on in Australia, it has a place here at Fight.

As we cover the lot, you’ll need to be aware of the different names the sport goes by. A change to the formation so it can achieve international acceptance as an Olympic sport, means many amateur events now fall under Muaythai. It is also known as Thai Boxing with some, but in essence it’s all the same sport.

You’ll notice that different events are run under different rules and in different formats. You may wish to consider what the show is all about before paying top dollar for a fight that may not live up to your expectations.

To learn more about a show on the Muay Thai Calendar, check out the event page. We cover everything from the Fight Card to ticket and PPV information, promoter and location details, as well as a countdown clock.

Mixed Fight Events

When we say mixed, we don’t mean men and women. Although just about every quality card these days features both genders. Some promoters, and gyms that train in different styles, like to promote shows with more than one combat sport on show. You’ll find a night where both boxing and Muay Thai are on display. We cover those and you’ll find them in both categories.

How to Watch?

Whether you’re looking at taking in the show live, or watching it via a live stream or TV, we give you all the info you need to know. If it’s available online via PPV, we’ll let you know where. If the tickets are still up for grabs, we’ll let you know where to buy them and the cost.

Be sure to get in early though if you want to attend in person as many sell out. Even more so if you want a VIP Table or a seat in the first few rows. These always sell quickly and often won’t be available online.
